Be it baby humans or baby animals, after a fall or a scare, you see them immediately rush to their moms. Its adorable to watch, but they run to seek stability, thinking ‘Let’s run to mom, everything will be fine.’

While growing up, fathers were our first decision engines, long before AI existed, who would answer questions like ‘how to do it?’, ‘When to do it?’, ‘Why to do it?’. His affirmation mattered, to bring a sense of relief while deciding. Taking tough decisions felt right with him. We again ran to our Centre of gravity.

While being grateful for all that we have, we keep seeking the Centre of Gravity for Mann ki Shanti.

Sobering reality is, Centre of Gravity keeps shifting and you need to keep finding it. Find it in your humans, find it in your AI builds, find it while lifting weights at the gym or find it while cooking, you can also find it while talking to your sister at 2 AM. Any of these gentle shifts can help you feel balanced and stable and you end up feeling alive once again.
